We work hard to ensure every listing is genuine, current, and accurate. However:
- We are not the employer. We publish information only.
- We do not guarantee that any listing is still open when you apply.
- We do not guarantee that any employer will respond to you.
- We are not responsible for the actions, statements, or employment practices of any employer.
Always verify the company and role before sharing personal information or paying any fee. Weraiko listings never require you to pay to apply.
4. Reporting a Problem

5. Intellectual Property
The Weraiko name, logo, design, and code are owned by Weraiko. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the site without written permission. Job descriptions and company information remain the property of the employers who wrote them.
6. Third-Party Links
Job listings often include links to external websites — employer career pages, government portals, application forms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of those sites. Use them at your own discretion.
7. No Warranties
Weraiko is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about:
- Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the site
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing
- Whether you will be hired for any role
Your use of the site and your decision to apply to any job is entirely your own responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Weraiko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site — including missed opportunities, lost income, or data loss.
